Note: Oklahoma court filing fees are set statewide by Okla. Stat. tit. 28, § 152 as flat amounts; there is NO per-county probate filing fee, no value-based fee, and no probate tax. The flat filing fee for 'Probate and guardianship' is $135.00 under § 152(A)(3) (last amended by Laws 2025, c. 87, eff. Nov. 1, 2025). Mandatory statutory add-ons collected with it are a $6 Law Library Fund fee (§ 152(B)), a $25 Oklahoma Court Information System fee (§ 152(C)), a $10 OCASA fee (§ 152(D)), a $2 Council on Judicial Complaints / Supreme Court fee (§ 152(E)), and a $10 Court Clerk's Records Management fee assessed until November 1, 2027 (§ 152(G)), plus a $7 dispute-resolution court cost that applies to all civil cases (Okla. Stat. tit. 12, § 1809(A)). That brings the common statewide opening total to about $195, and the board of county commissioners may also adopt a courthouse-security assessment of up to $10 per case (§ 152(F)); whether this county has adopted one was not verified, so confirm the county-collected total with the court clerk. A petition for summary administration under Okla. Stat. tit. 58, §§ 245 to 247 is filed as a probate petition and takes the same $135 base fee. The § 58-393 small estate affidavit is never filed with the court, so it has no filing fee. A proceeding for sale or lease of property or a mineral interest is $43 (§ 152(A)(5)), a proceeding to revoke the probate of a will is $43 (§ 152(A)(6)), and a judicial determination of death is $58 (§ 152(A)(7)). Court clerk per-service fees are set by Okla. Stat. tit. 28, § 31: copies are $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page, certifying an instrument is $0.50, and authentication is $5.00. Publication of the notice to creditors (Okla. Stat. tit. 58, § 331) is paid to the newspaper and varies by county.
